We can also help when the workload backs up, and we're available outside normal business hours to help minimize interference with your staff (at no extra charge).

No current staff - no problem. We'll help you either set up an Information Technology department or we'll handle IT functions for you.

Create/Evaluate/Modify backup procedures. Setup/Administer LiNUX router/firewall. Develop/Implement standardized setup of desktops and notebooks based on Windows 95, 98, ME, NT and /or 2000. Hardware repair/configuration/upgrade of all hardware previously mentioned. Additionally we repair Laser Printers and sell printer supplies. Install/upgrade/repair network & telephone site wiring.  Web Site Services:

The best way to illustrate our work on web sites is to just list the sites so you can check them out yourself and draw your own conclusions. The sites are: www.HolmdelFirstAid.org, www.ERNAProperties.com, and www.ArtofCustomFraming.com. Of course this site (Terra, part of AOCF) is another example, however this site doesn't get as much time as the commercial sites. Only the GDD site allows the use of active server pages (ASP), and some neat stuff can be done via .ASP!

A quick mention of some Active Server Page features worth considering. ASP can set and read cookies to remember user preferences. With cookies you can also tell how many times a particular user has visited. A text log file can be created reporting this user information for your review. ASP can facilitate template pages to simplify web sites and pages can change based on passed parameters or cookie data. And through database links, ASP pages can dynamically present information from a database, formatting on the fly. This list is only a scratch on the surface of what is possible with ASP.

Check them out! Then decide if you too could benefit from the features and appearance of these sites. If so, contact us! Believe it or not, simple is the rule. Current professional articles indicate that complicated pictures and graphics and other elaborate features actually hinder the success of most web sites. Remember, there are still many out there that only have dial-up access, and AOL dial-up is even slower. Keep them in mind when you design your web site.

Services for Individuals:

Individualized Training: We come to you and assist you in whatever you need help with on your own computer.

Repair/Upgrade: Is something not working? Or, do you want to add features to your computer? We can help advise you from an impartial point of view. Since we sell very little equipment (we're mostly service oriented), you don't have to worry about some salesman trying to unload his overstock or get his bonus by selling certain equipment. In the case of repair, we do have the ability to buy some equipment at decent prices, and (with little overhead) sell to you inexpensively. Or, if we can't beat some prices, we'll help arrange the purchase so you save money and get only what you need.

Home Networking: This is a big one. Many have more than one computer at home. To avoid unnecessary duplication of files and hardware (such as CD burners, tape backup, scanners, printers, fax modems, etc.), these computers should be connected via a network (wired or wireless). This way, backups could be handled from a central point. Data files can be accessed from any computer (and/or controlled via security). And with Windows 98 SE or later, or various devices available on the market, all computers on the home network could access the Internet through a single central point (real handy if you have a cable modem or dsl!). We can help you set up and utilize these features at home.

Structured Cabling: is a new trend in home construction. Structured cabling provides a flexible cabling system for your new home that allows for new uses without the need for new wires. Telephone, home network, and cable television wiring can be installed to every room in your new home. For older homes, any new cabling added should be done utilizing the structured cabling concept where feasible.
